... and summer is gone
After a long time I am adding new information to our GRAND PETROS blog. And what happened in 7 months?
All puppies got into great families, they have beautiful homes and great friends. We met some of them in the summer. Others sent greetings with photos from holidays, trips etc. In May we organized a walk together in Holany. The weather was not sunny, but we didn't let it spoil it. We had a nice walk and talked about griffons and brabants. Uniolka showed us that even a dog as dependent as a griffon can lose contact with its owner. And when that happened, she ran 2 km back to the car and knew I would find her there. But the nerves were there :)
And then came the real summer, the sun and high temperatures from which we hid under the trees and the pergola, even though we had a fridge. We went to the Jeseníky Mountains for a holiday and enjoyed the summer.
We were not so successful at the shows in Mladá Boleslav, but it was not a failure. We finished second with res. CAC, also good.
August came and it was time to prepare Days of Griffons and Petit Brabancons. These days included a membership meeting, club show, AGI romp and a coat grooming seminar. Everything went well, we had a great time and I look forward to having you join us next year.
